Why do I feel this way?

Recently, I’ve found myself feeling exhausted by the same daily routine. Every day seems to revolve around housework and repetitive responsibilities that, when I think about it spiritually, don’t really nourish my soul. At the end of the day, even if I’ve accomplished everything, I still feel a sense of emptiness. Why? Because I’ve been doing things on my own strength and forgetting to put God first. When we lose sight of Him, our priorities shift, and we become spiritually dry. The Bible says in Matthew 6:33, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” This verse reminds me that when God isn’t our main focus, nothing else truly satisfies. Psalm 127:1 also says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Without His presence in my daily life, even the most productive days feel meaningless. I’ve realized that true peace and direction come only when we invite God into our routine, making Him our source of strength and purpose.
