The Inconvenient Charger
A few days ago, I experienced something simple but meaningful that reminded me of how God works in our lives. I was looking for my phone charger, and I felt frustrated because I could not find it. I assumed my brother had taken it, since he often uses it to charge his phone. While searching, I found another charger that was longer and looked better, so I decided to use it. To my surprise, it charged my phone much faster than the charger I had always used. My old charger had become inconvenient because it charged very slowly and sometimes did not work at all, even when plugged in. The next day, I found my old charger and realized I had been the one who misplaced it. That small situation made me reflect on something deeper: sometimes God does not allow us to get what we want because He knows He has something better prepared for us. What feels like an inconvenience or disappointment in the moment may actually be God redirecting us toward something greater. Even in small situations, God can remind us to trust His plans, because His ways are always better than ours.
